3. Incorrect Payment Amount

Requests related to an incorrect payment amount will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.

4. Failed Transactions

If money is deducted from your account but the transaction is shown as failed, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider.

The reversal time depends on the bank, UPI provider, card network, or payment gateway used for the transaction.

5. Product Refunds

If a return for a physical product is approved, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 7 to 10 business days.

The amount will be refunded through the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellation

An order for a physical product may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation may not be available and the Return Policy will apply.
